SAVE THE DATES: PFFC Hosts a Candidate Forum on May 5 & 10th Anniversary on May 15

We are excited to announce that PFFC has two important events taking play in May. All are welcome

FRIDAY, MAY 5  CANDIDATE FORUM, 5:30 – 8:00 pm, Church of the Epiphany:  

PFFC continues in its effort to bring  universal right to housing to Washington DC. All   candidates for Mayor and the City Council Chair have been invited.  The Forum will begin by asking each candidate to provide a statement focusing on what they will do, if elected, to ensure that all DC residents are able to obtain affordable housing where they pay no more than 30% of their income . We will follow with a list of questions for the candidates identified by PFFC and our coalition partners. We will then  open to the public for questions to the candidates. Please join us at 5:30 pm for light refreshments and for an opportunity to meet the candidates and have a time to get to know the



TUESDAY, MAY 15: PFFC Celebrates its 10th Anniversary, 11:oo am – 1:00 pm, Western Presbyterian Church Courtyard. 

We are proud to be celebrating our 19th Anniversary and invite everyone to attend. Following lunch and a concurrent opportunity to watch Fairness Rising (a film on PFFC) we will host a program that includes: a brief overview of PFFC’s history, remarks from our featured speaker (to be announced), and awards to be given to women from organizations that we have collaborated closely with over the years.
